3. No Guaranteed Results

While we strive to deliver high-quality marketing services and apply industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

Revenue

Leads

Conversions

Return on ad spend (ROAS)

Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, such as market conditions, ad platform changes, budget, and client responsiveness.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information

Approve creatives and campaigns promptly

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and ad platform policies

Maintain access to required accounts (ad accounts, websites, CRM, etc.)

Delays or failures caused by the client may impact campaign performance and timelines.

5. Payments & Fees

Fees are outlined in the service agreement or invoice.

Payments must be made on time as agreed.

Late or missed payments may result in paused or terminated services.

All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

6. Ad Spend

Advertising spend is separate from our service fees and is paid directly to the advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google).
We are not responsible for platform billing issues, account suspensions, or spend limits.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascend9 LLC shall not be liable for:

Lost profits or revenue

Business interruption

Data loss

Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for services in the previous 30 days.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in the service agreement.

Upon termination:

All outstanding balances must be paid

Access to services may be revoked

No refunds will be issued for work already completed

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
